(BBC) A Birmingham councillor [has] been offered anti-Semitism training following complaints over TikTok videos appearing to question the extent of atrocities committed by Hamas in Israel.
The Liberal Democrats launched an investigation after councillor Ayoub Khan, who represents Aston, posted a series of clips expressing his views on the Middle Eastern conflict.
He called for evidence of those killed or harmed to be publicly released.
He issued an apology in a post on X.
Following the complaint, Mr Khan was “offered anti-Semitism training but he has not yet taken it up,” the party has said.
