(Yabiladi) The fifth edition of the Territorial Conference on Islam in France was held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Côte-d’Or prefecture, bringing together representatives of the Muslim faith, elected officials, academics, community organizations, and state services. The meeting, chaired by Paul Mourier, prefect of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region and prefect of Côte-d’Or, was described by local media as “an important step in strengthening dialogue between the state and the actors of Islam in France.”
The event is part of the broader Forum of Islam in France (FORIF). According to the same sources, this edition focused on four key areas.
