(NL Times) Of the 14 mostly minor suspects arrested last week on suspicion of incitement to terrorism on social media, ten are still in custody. The other four have been released from custody without arraignment, but remain suspects in the case, said a spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service (OM). The suspects are between 14 and 30 years old.
The police made the arrests on Tuesday at various locations. The suspects are accused of trying to incite others to commit terrorist crimes on TikTok, among other things.
Various police units are investigating. Eight arrests were made by the National Investigation Team and Intervention Unit (LO).
