(Al Bawaba) An Algerian TikToker called “FobusTikTok” recently sparked outrage on social media after a video showcased him reading the Quran out loud inside a church in Strasbourg, France.
The four-minute video shared across several social media platforms was condemned by many Muslims and Christians alike, deeming it “disrespectful” and “unnecessary” towards the church and the religion. An Instagram user wrote, “So what is your opinion of me reading the Bible in a mosque?”
Another added, “What is this act of provocation? What is preventing you from doing this at your home or a mosque?”
