(Mediaite) A Republican running for a congressional seat that will soon be vacant appeared to threaten Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib by telling them they should consider quitting Congress, adding, “#BombsAway.”
Florida state Sen. Randy Fine is running in Florida’s Sixth Congressional District, which is currently represented by Mike Waltz. President-elect Donald Trump nominated Waltz as national security advisor, which means Waltz will need to resign from Congress to take the position.
Fine, who is Jewish, touted the endorsement of the Republican Jewish Coalition on Tuesday by referring to himself as the “Hebrew Hammer” while tagging Omar and Tlaib in a tweet.
