(Toronto Star) Convicted Toronto terrorist Rehab Dughmosh has again refused to sign a peace bond that would have allowed her to go free.

Instead, Dughmosh will spend another six months in jail.

Prosecutors requested the unusual terrorism peace bond over fears that Dughmosh, 39, is unrepentant and may still pose a risk to the public. Court heard last month that she continued to make statements in support of the Islamic State terror group while in jail and has expressed a desire to kill people.

She was [convicted] in 2019 of terrorism-related charges related to two incidents. In 2016, she attempted to join the Islamic State in Syria after leaving Canada.
