3rd Calgarian arrested in RCMP terrorism investigation connected to TikTok video Crown to seek peace bond for 2 teens charged while 20-year-old facing trial

(CBC) RCMP and Calgary police have arrested a third person in connection with an “ongoing investigation” into terrorism-related offences.

A 15-year-old boy is the latest person to be arrested in the national security investigation and the second youth. He has since been released on bail and can live in the community under a number of conditions.

The other youth is 16 years old.

The two teens’ identities are protected by publication bans under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

In June, investigators charged Zakarya Hussein, 20, with four terrorism-related charges.
