(Brussels Times) Thursday marks the final day of testimonies at the trial of the Brussels terror attacks that occurred in March 2016, with 13 people expected to appear in court.
The witnesses set to [take the stand] are known acquaintances of accomplices who are accused of sheltering some of the suspected terrorists.
The first testimony will come from a friend of Bilal El Makhoukhi, who is accused of selling weapons to the terrorist group.
The court will also hear from other witnesses linked to the Farisi brothers, who helped terrorists lie low in the municipality of Etterbeek.
