High Court upholds order to keep terror plotter Benbrika behind bars

(Age) A law allowing authorities to keep convicted terrorist Abdul Nacer Benbrika behind bars at the end of his jail sentence has been upheld by Australia’s highest court.

The terror plotter was sentenced to 15 years in prison in February 2009 for his role in leading 16 other men to plot attacks on Melbourne landmarks.
