(FrontPage) On March 4th, South Florida Muslim leader and board member of Crime Stoppers and Citizens’ Crime Watch, Sofian Zakkout, posed the following query on Twitter: “Please can someone tell how many Holocaust survivors!” The exact intent of Zakkout in asking this barely intelligible question is unknown, as he does not provide any context for it, during, before or after it. But if one views what Zakkout has posted about the Holocaust in the recent past and his views on Jews in general, one can conclude that Zakkout’s intent is nothing but sinister.
Sofian Abdelaziz Zakkout is the president of the American Muslim Association of North America (AMANA), a radical Muslim group that was once condemned by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for posting what the ADL called a “venomous” anti-Semitic and anti-Israel David Duke video onto its official AMANA website. He is a fervent supporter of the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas, once writing in Arabic, “Hamas is in my heart and on top of my head.” In April, he tweeted, “Occupation is occupation and israel doesn’t exist!”
