(Hill) Ilhan Omar on Saturday and claimed the Minnesota lawmaker “doesn’t like Israel” one day after a New York man was arrested and charged with threatening to kill her.
“Special thanks to Representative Omar of Minnesota,” Trump said while delivering remarks at the Republican Jewish Coalition on Saturday afternoon. “Oh, I forgot. She doesn’t like Israel. I forgot. I’m so sorry.”
His remarks came a day after the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York released a statement saying that a man, Patrick W. Carlineo Jr., had been arrested and charged with threatening to assault and murder Omar.
